(Tokyo, Japan) Looking for a Credit Manager for a 5 star luxury hotel.
Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:
• Overall responsible for Credit including receivable & collection
• Establishes credit limits as per company policy and monitor account balance should not go beyond the credit limit
• Ensure timely billing of all invoices and statements per credit policy.
• Send statement of accounts to all credit customers within a week of the month end
• Ensure that all outstanding credit should be followed up to ensure receipt of all amounts due
• Conduct monthly credit meetings and bad debt approvals
• Prepare month end reports as assign by Financial Controller
